Cosmic Courtesan Client Agreement 

This Agreement is between the undersigned and Maiden Medicine, a subsidiary of ATRA Inc. 

You have chosen to enter into the Cosmic Courtesan Initiation; a 9 week course with the mutual and common purpose to align with a clear channel.

 

Agreement Terms 

9 60 minute virtual calls on Sundays 1:30pm Pacific Standard Time. Call times are subject to change as Emily Maden discerns the energy of the Feminine Field and may have prior obligations of scheduled trainings. I will notify the Cosmic Courtesan group one week in advance for call schedule changes in the Telegram Group. 

Each woman will have access to the Cosmic Courtesan Telegram group for 10 weeks starting February 16th, 2025. The Telegram group is for sharing, collaboration, sister solidarity and options to invest in additional support with Emily. No selling in this place please unless explicit consent from Emily Maden has been sought. The Telegram group will close after 10 weeks. 

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All Payments are non-refundable. By signing up, you acknowledge there will not be any refunds. 

 

Confidentiality

I respect each woman’s privacy and realize we will be sharing the most private aspects of ourselves with Emily and other women in Cosmic Courtesan. By signing this contract we agree that everything shared in our weekly calls and the Telegram group is confidential. Emily will ask explicit consent for anything to be shared on social media, like a success, and will keep each woman’s identity anonymous. 

 

Client Acknowledgements

  • Results from this program vary, and your experience may be different from others.
  • You agree to fully participate and own your journey and choices during our time together
  • This program is designed to touch on and bring up deep emotions 
  • This program is not a replacement for therapy 

 

Disclaimer

You have chosen, as a sovereign and discerning woman, to enter into the Cosmic Courtesan Initiation. Emily is here to support your goals, but your progress and results are in your hands. Emily is deeply committed to serving and supporting you, she cannot guarantee specific outcomes. She is your guide for devotional inputs and the rest is up to you and God. 

The services I provide are not the same as counseling or medical treatment. If you need additional support, please seek it out and Emily can make some recommendations for practitioners. 

 

Limited Liability

You agree to release Emily Maden and ATRA Inc. from any liability for any risks or losses related to our work together, whether we could foresee them or not. 

 

Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold Emily Maden and ATRA Inc. harmless from any claims, damages or expenses that might come from our work together. 

 

Non-Disparagement 

As your coach, part of my job is to challenge you and to examine you current set of beliefs. There will be times when moving out of your comfort zone will trigger negative thoughts and feelings, sometimes towards me. This is normal and welcome, especially as safety is established. If this occurs, you agree to be communicative, open, honest and respectful to me and use this process to go deeper together. 

If there is a dispute between us, you agree to honour our container and keep the content of our disagreement contained. 

 

Dispute Resolution

If we hit a point of tension that we cannot resolve through conversation, we both agree to meet with a neutral third party to support us to work through it. 

 

Acknowledgement of Consent

By signing this agreement you acknowledge that you are a consenting adult of sound min and fully capable of holding yourself while owning your choices. You agree not to hold Maiden Medicine or ATRA Inc responsible for any issues that may come up from your participation in the Cosmic Courtesan program.
